AOS did something nobody ever else did for us. They put in work. AOS broke down all of our phone lines, figured out which ones were working, not working, what wasn’t being used. It turned out we had phone lines that didn’t go anywhere and several lines with no usage. AOS then made several proposals and we ended up going with a VoIP solution from Paetec (now Windstream).
