At YOURCOMPANY, we know that having a structured approach to Project Management significantly reduces the risk  of failure.  To that end, YOURCOMPANY has developed a Project Management Framework that provides a flexible, adaptable  Project Management approach based on the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of  Knowledge (PMBoK®).
